Project Mapping: a Design Method to Gather, Capture and Visualize Your Project

language English
duration 1 week

Innovation teams are often multidisciplinary teams that work on complex cases, with a variety of stakeholders and objectives to keep in mind. Project Mapping is a very effective way to find new ways to gather, capture, and visualise your project. This will allow you to align easier with your team members, stakeholders, and clients.

During this summer course, you will work in small teams on a real case. You'll be gathering and mapping information in a way that makes it attractive to communicate, easy to share and fun to interact with. We will provide you with methods that expand your skills set to map this project.
