The Summer School of New Frontiers in Photonics is organized by the Metrology and Optoelectronics of the Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunication and Informatics.

During days of the school, advanced mini-courses will be delivered by renowned researchers from Poland and abroad. Each course will be followed by appropriate exercises. Supporting material for the courses will be provided by the lecturers.

Graduate and undergraduate students and young researchers.

Course aim

The school aims at providing an opportunity for graduate and undergraduate students as well as young researchers to get together and attend advanced courses and talks on current topics in the field of optics, photonics or biophotonics.

If you are a European student, you can collect 5 ECTS credits by attending the Summer School, which your home university may choose to accept.
Attendance and active participation in at least 80% of program activities are required in order to obtain the certificate of participation and earn credit for the program.

EUR 100: 100 € or 450 PLN
The registration fee covers lunches, coffee breaks, course material, accommodation, etc.
