Human Rights and Transitional Justice
The Grotius Centre for Internaional Legal Studies is orgainising its first edition of a summer school on Himan Rights and Transitional Justice in 2012.
This year the general theme will be "Truth, Justice and Rule of Law Reform"
The Lectures and workshops will be given by renowned academics and practitioners. The course will be concluded with a round table discussion on the Arab Spring and Transitioanl Justice Mechanismes.

Course aim
This one-week intensive course aims at providing an insight into the rights to truth and access to justice, human rights approaches to justice, transitional societeies and rule of law Reform and truth,justice and rule of law reform in a brief period of time.
