High School Summer Art Course at Prado Museum

Madrid Fine Art Institute (MFAI) is an innovative and experiential learning institution that combines live and digital learning experiences.

MFAI in collaboration with American Friends of the Prado Museum, offers two intensive english speaking art immersion courses at the Prado Museum, July 2018. Level 1 for High School students, and Level 2 for University students and young professionals.

Level 1 (July 1st-15th 2018)
Course for highly motivated art-minded High School students who want to develop their college portfolio and have completed 10th, 11th or 12th grade by summer 2018.

Target group

High School Students who want to develop their college portfolio and have completed 10th, 11th or 12th grade by summer 2018.

Course aim

Give the students the opportunity to learn, from one of the best Art collections in the world, Art History, Spanish History, Drawing and web design basics. We will also visit the best UNESCO Sites around Madrid as Toledo, Segovia and El Escorial, to complete this learning experience and to make this something unforgeable for their future. We expect that Students will have enough material to improve their college portfolio for Arts Schools .

Credits info

Receive a Certificate of Completion at the end of the course to improve their College portfolio for Art Schools.
