The course discusses critically important issues in achieving organizational success. The course offers interesting combination of two stand-alone modules of Human Capital Management and Organizational psychology
The module of Human Capital Management addresses the contemporary issues concerning human capital management and organizational performance, affective strategies for work-force planning which will provide the right mix of talent when and where it’s needed; how to better use the capabilities, talent, and skills of the individuals who carry out the work of the modern organizations.
The module of Organizational Psychology examines organizational topics such as motivation, work attitudes, stress and workplace health, fairness, leadership, work teams, and organizational design.
