Step from the world of books into what theories imply for real-life; budgeting, deadlines, working with multidisciplinary teams, personal strengths and weaknesses; all challenges a project manager needs to deal with.

This course offers a theoretical background but especially a practical approach to project management. Participants will focus on how they deal with the challenges all projects face, in terms of budgeting, deadlines, working with multidisciplinary teams, and the personal strengths and weaknesses of a project team leader. During this course participants will work on a project in teams, allowing them to experience the different factors that determine the successful completion of a project.
