In the world of architecture and design, one of the most important aspects is lighting, and the success of our project will often depend on this aspect.
The course consists of a first part more theoretical, bringing students closer to current lighting technologies, working the basic learning of the use, understanding, tools, control and manipulation of light. The next section is a practical workshop, to which we are incorporating the acquired knowledge as well as evolving and developing a new one that will allow us in the future to face lighting as an integral part of the space project.
Birgit Walter started her career as a Lighting Designer more than twenty years ago in New York and has worked since then on outstanding projects around the world, including master plans, landscaping, contract, retail, museums and exhibition
