IP Law Summer School

online course
when 14 September 2020 - 18 September 2020
language English
duration 1 week
credits 2 EC
fee EUR 90

This year we want to reflect on the quality of IPRs, both registered and unregistered rights to clarify the importance of good IPRs. Bad IPRs undermine the integrity of the system, deprive it of its justification, cause legal uncertainty and increase costs for the users of this system. The critical reflection on IP quality is crucial for effective IP management to optimize the IP portfolio. We also plan to offer skills-building workshops relevant for scholars and IP practitioners: how to present and convince, how to get published in IP.
