International Business and Digital Law
online courseThis course will give the opportunity to deepen the knowledge of International Business and Digital Law, studying topics such as Law of Smart Contracts, Online Commercial Arbitration and Mediation, Online Payment Transactions, E-commerce and International Sales of Goods.
Target group
Bocconi Summer School in Law offers a selective one-week study program open to undergraduate students, graduate students and recent graduates. A background in legal studies is not mandatory.
Course aim
This course will delve into international and digital subjects in law, allowing students to acquire a legal perspective with a multidisciplinary approach.

Students earn 3 credits upon completing the course and passing the final exam (to be held online).

EUR 850: The Summer School participation fee includes the following:
