Alexandru Ioan Cuza University of Iași offers this JASSY module to students from all over the world, who share an interest and passion for life sciences. This course pack is designed to enrich your theoretical knowledge and practical abilities in Life Sciences, to broaden and improve your experimental skills, data processing and reporting capacity. You will be able to tap into a variety of topics, such as: bioinformatics and DNA barcoding, structural biology of proteins, physiological role, structure and modifications of different biomolecules, antimicrobials, pollutants and environmental risks, as well as your very own first-hand experience in separation techniques, structural mass spectrometry, molecular simulations, modeling and 3D printing protein models, genetic sequencing and environmental assessment and monitoring.

The module Life Sciences in the race against emerging threats to human health is designed for university students, graduates and professionals specializing in Life Sciences.

Fee info
EUR 400: The participation fee includes: registration & study materials, board (breakfast & lunch during weekdays) as well as lodging (available in shared (double) room in the university campus).
