Discover and learn how to apply in a company, tools, and methods to create a sustainable innovation as well as design your own sustainable innovation from target user definition to launch campaign preparation. Develop your creative potential to innovate!
By the end of the course, you will be able to use creative process to conceive innovation and create an innovation project.
Week 1: Define target customer
You will learn about innovation life cycle, consumer adoption of innovation, user centered innovation as well as persona method…
Week 2: Define consumer need
You will work on design thinking, societal trends, creativity development
Week 3: Generate Ideas
You will boost your creativity and discover, ideation, innovation brainstorming, creative techniques …
Week 4: Detect external Ideas
You will study innovation scooting, value of an innovation, open innovation (startups, partner companies, universities and consumer), intellectual property
Week 5: Develop Innovation
You will deepen the following subject : Innovation and technology management, innovation development process, new product development
Week 6: Launch innovation
You will be taught how to plan a communication and innovation launch campaign
Throughout the course, students will develop an innovation project from definition of target consumer to the creation of a prototype as well as the preparation of a launch campaign construction of an innovation.
Dr. Sadik-Rozsnyai is an associated professor of ESSCA, School of Management and Head of ESSCA Online Campus. She worked for nearly 15 years at a major European carmaker company, in the field of innovation and integrate her experience in her courses.
This course is created for students who aim to master responsible innovation development principles thanks to tools and who wish to develop their creative potential to innovate. Regardless of the type of company in which they desire to work for, they will be able to generate innovation ideas and support its creation and launch. They will be able to contribute to building a more responsible world through sustainable innovations which are meaningful for consumers.
