Purpose is one of the major sources of value for a company or other types of organisations for many reasons: (1) Talent is looking for more impact; (2) Competitive advantages come from sustainable opportunities; (3) Enterprises are now focused on solving societal problems rather than activating needs.
Data suggests a market shift:
26% of AUM (Assets Under Management) are scrutinized under ESG (Environmental, Societal and Governance) criteria. This goes up to 53% in Europe alone;
75% of millennials are looking for purpose in their jobs;
58% Impact driven organisations reported a growth rate above 10%. 85% of impact organizations grew and this goes down to 42% for regular organizations.
According to the Global Report Purpose at work from Linkedin, 65% of the Workforce are keen to change job every 3 years and 86% of workers consider regular performance indicators obsolete.
This is why Social entrepreneurship is a driving force for change and the future of work, where the market becomes a force for good. The Bootcamp provides an insightful experience about what the future of work and businesses will be.
Participants will obtain 3 ECTS, provided if they attend all sessions and carry out the assessment to the level required. Assessment is based on a written report (75%) and a quiz (25%).
