Are you Agile? Or is it something you've only heard or read about? Lots of people are talking about Agile but few are actually working/being Agile. In this session you are brought up-to-speed by our Agile gurus. What is the Agile mindset? How do you apply this in practice? What is important to know and what isn't?

Even if you are familiar with the Agile way of working, this session is useful to understand the concepts that will be elaborated in the following sessions.
