Testing Beyond the obvious: non-functional testing
online courseA lot of people claim that a product is of good quality, if it does what it's supposed to do without errors. Functionality is indeed an important contributor to the quality of your system, but if you don't understand the interface, or if your system takes 5 minutes to respond, you are not happy with the quality either. The focus on non-functional testing is increasing every day. Usability, security and performance - just to name a few quality attributes - are becoming more and more important and systems that do not comply with the current expectations of their end-users in these, won't have a long lifespan.
In this session the ISO 25010 standard on quality attributes for software products is elaborated in detail. You will learn how to test for these different aspects and how tools can help you getting better results.
