The Summer School (23rd Edition) is designed to offer a “full immersion” in user charges regulation of local public services (e.g. waste, water, public transport, district heating, sport facilities) and is addressed to undergraduate students at their last year, graduate students and officials from the Public Administration (municipalities, counties, regional bodies) and regulatory agencies. The course lasts one week and is articulated in two parts: a theoretical module and an industry analysis and case studies. Due to the pandemic situation, the even will take place online, and the participation will be entirely free.
