This course is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills needed to navigate and manage cross-cultural differences, fostering effective leadership in a globalized world. Through a focus on enhancing communication strategies and negotiation techniques, participants will learn to build strong relationships, resolve conflicts, and achieve their objectives in multicultural settings.

Course aim

This programme is designed to introduce the participants to the management of cross-cultural differences and
leadership in the globalized world by being effective in communication and negotiation.
Therefore, this programme learning goals are:
• To understand key influences of culture in human behaviour, in the work place and at the individual
relationship level, and also in international setting;
• To enhance individual intercultural competence to efficiently interact – communicate and negotiate –
with people from diverse cultural backgrounds;
• To develop critical thinking ability and problem-solving skills through experiential classes

Fee info

When students enroll in multiple courses, they receive 10% off (2 courses), 20% off (3 courses), and 25% off (4 courses)—meaning that if they enroll in four courses, one fee is waived.
