Our winter school on electrocatalysis has as purpose to introduce you into the world of green electrochemistry with currently as hottest topic the recycling of CO2 through the electrochemical reduction into valuable chemicals. This topic also fits in the European Interreg E2C program guaranteeing the international nature of the winter school. The course will include a mixture of lectures by renowned scientists in the field, poster sessions to discuss your work and small group practical sessions to get hands-on experience with electrochemical measurements and how to analyze and interpret the data.

Target group

PhD students or Master students in their last year with a background in engineering, chemistry or related somehow.

3 ECTS credits can be awarded upon successful completion of the programme. All certificates of completion are issued as a micro-credential.

To include the credits in the curriculum at the home institution, participants need an agreement with the responsible person at their university.
