Siegman International School on Lasers
Siegman International School on Lasers is an international, weeklong program which exposes students to in-depth knowledge about lasers and their applications. The lecturers include highly regarded professors, some of the most widely
recognised researchers, and experts from leading photonic companies. The School is named after Anthony E. Siegman, one of the pioneers of laser science. It is considered by the scientific community as the most important summer school in the field of optics and photonics. In past editions, the applications were received from up to 35 countries on 6 continents and their number significantly exceeded the capacity of the event.

Fee info
USD 900: Registration is $900USD and includes all meals and accommodations from 25 June – 2 July and all meeting publications. Fee is due at the time of registration and any registration grants will be applied at the time of payment.
Scholarships
Travel and registration grants will be available to Optica student members only and determined based on student need. Grants in the past have ranged between $200-$700 for travel and $100-$800 for registration.
