The Art and Adventure of Leadership

This survey course is designed to educate and inspire you about the art and adventure of leadership. You will analyse leadership research sets in a variety of settings, including sport and sport management. Several seminal and contemporary leadership theories and concepts will be reviewed and analysed. Various models of leadership will be discussed and reflection activities will be integrated to enhance learning and develop better leadership practices.

After this course you are able to:

-To identify, critically analyze, and apply the current and seminal leadership research theories and applications.
-To identify potential areas in leadership for further study and research.
-To excite students to the lifelong study and practice of leadership.

EUR 600: The fee includes the registration fees, course materials, access to library and IT facilities, coffee/tea, lunch, and a number of social activities.
