London Summer Arbitration School
blended courseThe London Summer Arbitration School will bring together leading practitioners, academics and representatives of arbitral institutions. The school will take place on 20-24 June 2022 at the Bush House, Aldwych. he London Summer Arbitration School will feature an interactive five-day programme introducing participants not only to commercial arbitration, but also to less well-known types of arbitration such as maritime, construction and commodities arbitration. The participants will also engage in discussion of related career and business development opportunities with practitioners and representatives of institutions.

Course aim
The school will introduct the participants to various types of arbitration to resolve disputes, and topics such as ad hoc arbitration maritime arbitration, construction arbitration, commodities arbitration, commercial arbitration, ethics in international arbitration finance & insurance arbitration, climate change arbitration, investor-state arbitration, relationship between arbitral tribunals and domestic courts.

GBP 950: standard fee for in-person participation (discounts for full-time students available)
GBP 570: standard fee for online participation (discounts for full-time students available)
Scholarships
We will offer two tuition waiver scholarships to participate in-person and two in the online format for candidates who currently reside in non-OECD countries.
