Course aim

The objective of the course is to learn about theories and models of strategic leadership and to
examine and practice leadership competences that enable participants to cope with contemporary
leadership challenges.
Course topics include modern leadership concepts and their applications for the organizations, leader’s
personality and self-leadership, vision and objectives, sources of power and leadership, team
dynamics/engagement, communication, cross cultural leadership and coaching and mentoring a part of
leadership practices.
