Business Ethics
This course aims to provide students with solid skills to know and deal with the essentials of ethics in a business environment. They are enabled to analyze business, social and environmental issues that are relevant to the development of Corporate Social Responsibility and sustainable business practices.
Course leader
Dr. Vidhu Maggu is a sociologist, senior lecturer, and corporate trainer. She has been teaching since 2004 at the national and various other international Universities in Prague, covering Humanities as well as Management based courses.
Target group
High School Graduates, University Students. GSSP welcomes university students, high school students, and non-student audiences as well, but the minimum age requirement for the GSSP is 18.
Course aim
The course focuses on the CSR practices of multinational Corporations (MNCs), the challenges and opportunities of acting responsibly in the arena often called “the global village”. It also assesses the role of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in acting responsibly in a highly competitive environment.
A main goal of the course is to make students aware of what influences individual and organizational decision making and to accept that however strong the external pressure might be individuals are still responsible for their decisions and its consequences.
This course also includes a look at technology development and the role of media.

Participants, who wish to receive an official AAU transcript upon completion of a GSSP course, must comply with the following eligibility criteria and requirements: GPA min. 2.5 (according to last university semester transcript or high school diploma)
Fee info
EUR 1450: You can take one course per each 3-week session If you wish to take 2 courses, you will need to attend both sessions. The price per session is 1450 EUR, and both sessions are 2900 EUR.
