This summer school offers students, researchers and professionals in heritage science an 8-days immersion with international experts, in an exceptional setting facing the Palace of Versailles.
The Humanities, Creation and Heritage University Research School (EUR) based at CY Cergy Paris University, in partnership with the Eutopia Alliance and the Campus Versailles, renew in summer 2023 their summer school dedicated to international heritage sciences.

Hosted from 4 to 12 July, this programme aims at Master’s students, doctoral students, researchers, professionals and informed amateurs in the field of heritage sciences. It offers lectures in the morning and research-based workshops in the afternoon, conducted by French and foreign professionals and experts.

Each day will be dedicated to a specific heritage field including architecture, arts, landscape architecture, heritage studies, conservation-restoration of cultural heritage, creation in the field of literature… Two half days will also be devoted to group workshops with craftspersons to discover and practice a few of the skills and crafts associated with the Campus Versailles, and half a day to a guided tour of the Palace of Versailles.
