Open Science Bootcamp

duration 1 week

Research standards in the social sciences are rapidly shifting and increasingly emphasise transparency and reproducibility. Yet early-career researchers still receive little practical training in these new norms. Our four-day summer school fills this gap by offering hands-on training on preregistration and Registered Reports, FAIR but safe data sharing, and reproducible workflows using RMarkdown and version control. Participants will learn how to apply key principles of openness and error prevention to projects with different kinds of data and research questions. By the end, attendees will be well-prepared to implement cutting-edge open science practices into their own research workflows.
