Great Power Competition and Transformation of Global Order
This course introduces students to the main characteristics of development from global historical perspective and relationship to effectiveness and growth. It also discusses the differences in development from different countries and continents. The SDG’s and Agenda 2030 “Transform our world”. Cooperation for development. This course will also try the forecasting challenges throughout the SDGs lens by means of e-learning platform.

Course aim
The main purpose of this course is to explore its comparative aspects in the political, economic and social areas of development in the past decades. It will further explore development and growth theories, Income Inequalities, Aid and Development Effectiveness, Women and Development, Health, Education, Institutions and Development, Climate change and Development.

EUR 650: The participant pays fees for:
a) participation in three selected courses with accommodation (7 days) and meals EUR 650
b) participation in three selected courses without accommodation with meals EUR 570
c) participation in three selected courses with accommodation (7 days) without meals EUR 620
d) participation in three courses without accommodation and meals EUR 450
e) each subsequent course EUR 150
f) optional trip EUR 50
