Intensive Dutch Language course for beginners
Intensive Dutch language course is intended for beginners in the Dutch language and focuses on the following skills: reading, writing, listening, speaking and grammar. Students will participate by means of lessons, practical assignments and excursions. Cooperating with international students in a Dutch environment at Summer School Almere creates the maximum scope for students who want to acquire a basic level of the Dutch language.
Class sessions will be primarily focussed on all language skills; reading, listening, speaking as well as grammar and writing. Student participation is an integral part of the class and it is therefore expected of every student. Students are encouraged to ask questions and actively participate in practical exercises. Moreover they are expected to have completed all homework prior to each class in order to actively participate in class.
Lessons are four days a week and excursions once a week; with class sessions and self-study time.
