On this course you learn about managing innovation, being entrepreneurial, and what organisations are looking for in the next generation of business and social enterprise leaders. Get hands on practice with some project management and behavioural economics tools and techniques driving innovative products and services. Understand current and future issues, challenges, and opportunities reshaping commercial and non-profit management practices in a world of digital disruption and constant change. Learn how to critically evaluate debates and hot topics and trends on the value and potential of intersections between disciplines and emerging innovation practices, particularly as these relate to transformation and change.

GBP 1450: Please note that the fee includes all four courses in Business Management and Leadership Programme (BML01, BML02, BML03, BML04) which will be undertaken in 40 hours of lectures in total.
