Course aim

The main course aim is to learn about the newest developments of businessmodel and to practice with the new way of thinking. The course is divided into the following parts:

Analyzing and designing business models
Business models Patterns, based on the concept from leading business thinkers
Techniques to help you to design business models
Re-interpreting strategy through the business models lens
A generic process to help you to design innovative business models
The last part offers on outlook on different business models topics for future exploration
During the two weeks we will of course be putting the new knowledge and insights into practice.
