Masterclass Creative Writing
The Masterclass creative writing immerses you in a week of creative writing. You will come out inspired, well instructed and full of ideas!
The course will consist of everything a writer needs-whether you're just beginning or well on your way. You'll get essential information on storylines, characters, composition and style. But it's not a classroom learning: you'll go on small 'plot safari's to generate story ideas and practice the art of really seeing what's around you and then evolve those images in your reader. And there will be hours of concentrated work, for there's nothing like writing to find out what your writing needs.
Each day you start with a wake-up lecture on writing. Illustrated by examples from the classic novelists. In this week you will learn to apply the main techniques in fiction writing. How do you develop credential characters? The setting of your story is essential, but how do you make a setting alive? How do you write a dialogue that sounds natural ? How do you develop a plot and how many possible plots exist?
