ALA is a two week programme. The first week consists of online lectures that you can take from anywhere in the world. The second week you get to explore Croatia on the most beautiful and unique ship. Each day has a new destination, a new Mediterranean island for you to explore. Each destination offers a new narrative and a new perspective on the historical, social and political realities, as you hear from influential leaders across different fields. You will get the chance to reflect and analyze leadership best practices and learn about different leadership approaches. The program will help you develop your unique leadership style.
