AI-based Early Stage Planning for the AEC-Industry

About

This course is designed to introduce participants to the application of artificial intelligence (AI) in site analysis and feasibility studies within the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry. The course will cover various AI tools and techniques that can be employed to optimise site evaluations and assess project viability.

Participants will learn about the use of digital twins, including evaluating environmental conditions, topography, and infrastructure. They will dive into the use of AI-driven feasibility studies to improve design quality and building functionality using evidence-based workflows.

Throughout the course, participants will engage with real-world case studies and projects to gain practical experience with AI-based analysis tools. They will learn how to incorporate these tools into their workflows and utilise them for effective communication with stakeholders.

By the end of this course, participants will have a solid understanding of how AI can be used to enhance site analysis and feasibility studies in the AEC industry, equipping them with practical skills applicable in their professional practice.

Participants can participate in a varied cultural and social programme together with the partcipants from all summer school courses offered within the Ohm International Summer School.
