About

The Summer School on Behavioral Economics and Psychology is a week-long summer school for university students, which enriches students from diverse backgrounds with state-of-art research on behavioral aspects of decision-making and experimental psychology. Grab a unique opportunity to learn about the implications of behavioral research for policy making and creation of public institutional settings as well as its practical application for the realm of organizational management and helping us to cope with flood of information in the current world. Besides the lectures the summer course also include social events included in the fee.

Target group

University students from the filed of behavioral psychology and behavioral economics are invited to participate in the course, it can be both undergraduate and graduate students, although the program is designed primarily for undergraduate or first year graduated students.

Course aim

The program provides students with a unique opportunity to better understand the role of emotions in our “rational” decision-making and to learn about the implications of behavioral research for policy making, its practical applications in the realm of organizational management and how we can use the behavior insights at the individual level, topics as nudging, game theories and behavioral experiments and research will be adresed. The program hosts professors from esteemed universities in the US and Czechia, who facilitate interactive debates with students.
