Course aim

This year, the course (eight lectures, case studies, and student discussions) will provide the law and economics perspective of the digital revolution. Participants will explore how digital technologies reshape traditional legal institutions – such as property, contracts, and liability – and how economic theories and analytical tools can be used to evaluate and improve the efficiency of legal systems.
