About

This course aims to capacitate students with skills in the area of supply chain management as well as in the area of technologies, namely Blockchain. It is intended that students acquire skills for the use of Blockchain technology to overcome current challenges of supply chain management.

Course leader

Prof. Ana LĂşcia Martins Assistant Professor at ISCTE-IUL. Holds a PhD in Management, with specialization in Operations Management and Technology.

Bachelor and Master level students

This programme learning goals are:
LO1: Understand and describe the main challenges in supply chain management;
LO2: Understand and describe the main components of a Blockchain solution;
LO3: Conceptualise a blockchain solution, using the most appropriate techniques and tools for a concrete

1150 EUR, (Students from Iscte partner universities - 1 000€) The programme on campus fee includes: • Tuition; • Course materials; • Team Building event; • Use of the library, PC labs and Iscte facilities; • Public transportation card in Lisbon; • Airport pick-up service (to be confirmed); • Welcome lunch and farewell session, • Transcript of Records or Certificate of attendance (in case the student does not complete the course with success). Some leisure activities, such as visits to museums and trips outside Lisbon, are not included in this fee and are paid upon arrival in Lisbon.
