Cobham Hall Summer

About

Premium Boarding Summer School Programme in Kent, UK.

Our summer school is designed for students aged 10 to 18, offering a rich educational experience in a safe and lively setting. Located at Cobham Hall School, the program combines English language lessons, comfortable on-site boarding, and trips to explore London and the South East.

Starting on 4 July 2026, the program provides a supportive setting that helps students build confidence, independence, and friendships with peers from around the world. It is a good fit for those who want to balance learning, personal growth, and cultural experiences

At Cobham Hall, students live and learn on campus, with accommodation, classrooms, dining, and recreation all in one safe place. This setup helps everyone feel part of a close-knit community throughout the program.

Boarding Accommodation

Students stay in comfortable twin, triple, or quad rooms. We assign rooms to help create a friendly and supportive atmosphere. Each room has enough space, plenty of natural light, and is kept clean for young learners.

Rooms are close to pastoral and residential staff, so students always have support nearby. At the same time, they have chances to build confidence and independence. Our setup balances supervision with personal responsibility, helping students settle in and feel at home.

Accommodation, classrooms, and activities are all on one site. This makes daily routines simple and ensures students have easy access to support in a safe, organised setting.

Activities & Creative Workshops

In the afternoons students take part in a range of interactive activities and creative workshops. These sessions give them a break from classroom learning, help them make friends, and let them practice English in everyday situations.

Activities can include team sports, group games, creative arts, drama, leadership tasks, communication challenges, and cultural or social events. There are choices for students who like to be active, creative, or work with others.

All activities are supervised and aim to build confidence, teamwork, and spoken English in a supportive setting where students feel at ease.

Excursions & Educational Trips

The programme features a full schedule of excursions, giving students the chance to visit major cities and explore the local area.

Full-Day Trips:

* London – major landmarks and museums
* Cambridge – historic university city
* Oxford – world-famous colleges and heritage

Half-Day Trips:

Students can join four half-day trips in and around Kent, where they will visit local towns, cultural attractions, and important sites.

These trips help students learn through experience and connect with the UK outside the classroom
