Creating an Innovative Business Model

This is an open class of SLEM’s Master of Footwear Innovation. It is the ideal course for those who are either starting entrepreneurs or want to revive their current business model to adjust to new market developments. During these five days you will craft a complete business model – whether this is online and/or offline – and might already start your business, depending on how well you are prepared and the complexity of you business structure. As a guideline through the course we use the Business Model Canvas. Several business innovation experts will be teaching within this course.
