About

The European Union has faced and continues to face numerous crises: the climate change crisis, armed conflicts at EU borders, the rule of law crisis in some EU Member States, the Covid-19 pandemic, the migration crisis, and the euro crisis, among others. Each of these crises and the Union’s response to them have given rise to a multiplicity of complex legal issues and tensions within various fields of EU law. During this course you will discuss these highly topical issues with Utrecht University’s key experts in EU constitutional, economic, social, environmental, migration, external relations and competition law.
