The ability to negotiate effectively is an important skill in business. This course, taught by a US professor from the University of Michigan, emphasizes negotiation strategies and skills that will enable you to successfully negotiate business transactions and resolve disputes. Among the specific topics in the course are cross-cultural negotiation, legal and ethical guidelines for negotiation, and psychological tools that increase your negotiation effectiveness.

George Siedel, PhD, a professor of Negotiation and Dispute Resolution at the Ross Business School at the University of Michigan (USA) and also teaches short versions of the course in Executive MBA and Executive Education programs around the world.
