About

Students will collaborate with Richemont, a world leader in luxury goods, to tackle a real strategicchallenge and present their solutions directly to companyexecutives.Through a blend of interactive workshops, expert lectures, and anexclusive real-life case study with Richemont, students will explorethe transformation of the luxury watch industry amidst digital and ecological shifts. Students will gain valuable expertise in balancing tradition withtechnology, implementing sustainable practices, and managing brand integrityβ€”all essential for future leaders in the luxury industry

Target group

This program is designed for Swiss & international students in Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics, or Business Engineering.

We are particularly looking for students who are motivated, dynamic, and ready to engage fully in the summer school experience. This program involves discussions with CEOs, company visits, and pitching opportunities, requiring participants to be curious, proactive, and dedicated. We need students who are eager to participate actively and bring energy and enthusiasm to every aspect of the program

Course aim

- Exchange ideas and experiences with experts from the luxury and watchmaking industries.
- Participate in workshops and immersive visits to understand how sustainability and digital innovation are shaping the industry.
- Collaborate on a strategic challenge with Richemont, receiving expert feedback to develop innovative solutions.
- Gain insights into Swiss watchmaking traditions and cutting-edge innovation: Discover the intersection of craftsmanship and modern technological advancements in Swiss watchmaking.
- Immerse in Swiss culture and work within a diverse, intercultural team: Experience Swiss culture firsthand and collaborate with peers from various cultural backgrounds, enhancing global business skills.
- Visits to industry-leading companies and networking with sector professionals: Strengthen professional networks through direct exposure to top companies and industry leaders

Fees include : Accommodation in a shared residence with other students participating in the program. - Participation in social events, including mountain outings, aperitifs, and other events (organized depending on the weather). - Travel by train or bus for company visits. - All study materials and presentations by prestigious speakers. We are thrilled to confirm that Mr. Lecamp, Global Managing director of Montblanc, will be among the speakers. - Some meals on specific days
