About

A week-long residential summer school, combining lectures, masterclasses, panel discussions : drawing from a broad range of social science, from anthropology through economics to philosophy and Sociology.

Target group

Doctoral Students in the Social Sciences, Humanities and Business Subjects.

Course aim

The course gives doctoral students the space to reconsider their project using a broad range of theoretical paradigms and methodological approaches, with particular emphasis on ethical approaches to economic issues.

Fee

400 EUR, €400: Overnight rate: covering school fees, all food, refreshments, and dorm-style accommodation on-site.

Fee

300 EUR, €300: Day-Rate, covering school fees, coffee, lunch and dinner. There are plentiful accommodation options in Castletownroche village, 5 mins walk from the castle; applicants are encouraged to book B&B independently and avail of the day-rate.
