About

Educational Objectives:
ď‚· To learn and understand the basic physical principles of endoscopy
ď‚· To differentiate between various types of endoscopes, learn and know clinical applications and procedures of endoscopy
ď‚· Get to know future topics in endoscopy.
ď‚· Practice: Phantom-based colonoscopy, MIS procedures on a laparoscopic training system (box trainer), panorama-cystoscopy.
ď‚· Know use cases for Rigid Endoscopy, the procedures and the technology in Visceral Surgery
ď‚· Know requirements of CAS-systems and their application constraints in Endoscopy interventions
ď‚· Have an understanding about principles of Rigid Endoscopy in Visceral Surger

Target group

DORS is primarily aimed at graduates, doctoral students, post-docs and senior scientists from research and industry with a multidisciplinary background.

Fee

150 EUR, Fee for one module (one course). For M.Sc./ PhD students it is 150 EUR for one course.

Fee

600 EUR, Early bird registration is open until 31.05.2017 For M.Sc./ PhD students it is 600 EUR for all courses of the Summer School from 28.08. - 01.09.2017. Usual fee ist 700 EUR for all courses.
