- 6 August 2026 β 20 August 2026
Innovate is more than a summer course β itβs an academic accelerator. Our programme combines academic excellence with real-world application through project-based learning, industry visits, and guest speakers, connecting theory to practice.
Students gain the insight to make informed choices about their academic direction and career pathways while developing critical thinking, creativity, and resilience β essential skills for success at university and beyond.
As part of our 2-week pre-university programme, Innovate students can choose to study with the Faculty of Engineering and Science. This programme combines rigorous theoretical learning with dynamic, hands-on experiences across fields like mechanics, sustainability, and innovation.
Combining theory with hands-on experience, our curriculum for the Faculty of Engineering and Science, covers key areas such as mechanics, materials science, robotics, and environmental engineering. Through interactive lectures, practical labs, and collaborative projects, students develop critical problem-solving skills and engage with real-world engineering challenges. Our programme also includes guest lectures and site visits to engineering firms, offering students a deeper understanding of the practical applications of their studies and preparing them for future careers in engineering and technology.
