The Summer School then explores how the external environment affects entrepreneurial behaviour, focusing on the impact of formal and informal institutions and how these vary across countries, significantly influencing entrepreneurial activity. Finally, the Summer School covers the business planning and business modelling strategies.

From Idea to Launch: How to Start a Successful Venture
This course highlights the importance of individual behaviour and the external environment. Topics include the concept and challenges of entrepreneurship, classic entrepreneurship, social entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship, entrepreneurial ecosystem, business planning and business modelling. You will learn practical steps to validate business concepts, develop a robust business plan, and launch your startup successfully. The course includes real-world examples and insights from successful entrepreneurs to provide a comprehensive understanding of the entrepreneurial journey.

Scaling and Innovating: How to Grow and Disrupt Your Industry
This course focuses on strategies for scaling a business and driving innovation within an industry. It covers growth tactics, market expansion, disruptive innovation, and maintaining competitive advantage. You will learn how to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities, manage resources effectively, and foster a culture of innovation. Case studies of successful companies will be used to illustrate best practices and common challenges in scaling and industry disruption.
