In July 2019 Maastricht School of Management (MSM) Summer School offers you the opportunity to follow a number of business- related or industry focused specialization courses at the MSM campus in Maastricht, The Netherlands. You can choose from 6 exciting specialization topics. Entrepreneurship is one of the specialization courses you can choose.

Following four courses are included in this specialization:

- Understanding Market Dynamics,
- Developing Distinctive Value Propositions
- Developing Viable Business Models,
- Designing & Scaling your Business.

Target group

Candidates must be enrolled in or a recent graduate of an MBA or Master in Management and must have a minimum 1-3 years work experience.

Course aim

After following the Entrepreneurship specialization course you will understand the different types of markets, market segmentations and consumer profiles. You will be able to recognize new business opportunities and develop your creative problem solving skills. You will understand how to develop effective and profitable strategies that have both commercial and social benefits.
