The Summer School for Female Leadership in the Digital Age is an international leadership program exploring the intersection between technology, politics and economics, and with a strong equality component, for the women of tomorrow to be at the forefront of the digital transformation.
It is a platform for students and young professionals to debate first-hand with global thought leaders, policymakers and business executive at a defining stage in the women’s career. An innovative, enriching and engaging concept blending high-level discussions with dedicated mentorship to future female leaders, driving away from the traditional “class style” that doesn’t awake minds.

Course leader

Numerous international teachers and mentors of the Summer School for Female Leadership in the Digital Age will come from across the EU to guide the students to become the leaders of the future.

Target group

This inaugural edition of the Summer School for Female Leadership in the Digital Age will host 27 students, one from each Member State, coming preferably from non-technical degrees such as law, international relations, business management, philosophy or translation, but with a strong interest for technology and innovation. They will be selected based on their academic performance, non-academic achievements and commitments, and interest on learning more about the role of technology in today’s world.

Course aim

Through this program, students will:
- Explore the value of sustainable leadership with world-class leaders.
- Understand the role of technology in today’s world thanks to the insights of experts driving innovation worldwide, including in the areas of cybersecurity or AI.
- Reflect on the importance of international cooperation through open debates and lively discussions.
- Gain the skills needed to shape the digital era, learning from business leaders and role models.
