Bioremediation uses living microorganisms to remove pollutants from aquatic environments. The program blends cutting-edge science with practical applications:
βˆ™ Day 1: Introduction to pollutants and the role of microorganisms in remediation. Lab: isolate suitable microbes.
βˆ™ Day 2: Explore microbial strategies for pollutant degradation. Lab: build a microcosm.
