By the end of the course, the students are expected to:
β’ Understand the relationships between planetary health, food production, climate change, and biodiversity conservation.
β’ Assess the impacts of intensive agriculture on planetary health and sustainability.
β’ Evaluate regenerative agricultural models and their potential for restoring ecosystems.
β’ Apply interdisciplinary approaches to food system transformation and climate resilience.
β’ Develop solutions that integrate ecological, social, and economic perspectives for sustainable food future
