Gourmet Architecture – An Initiation into Restaurant Design

About

Starting with a guided exploration of Madrid’s vast culinary landscape, with its more than 3,000 restaurants, you will analyze what it takes to design a successful restaurant. You will then put your learning into practice on real-world projects, under the guidance of leading professionals.
The students will apply what they have learnt during the first week to designing a restaurant. The professors will propose a real situation for which the students will have to undertake a preliminary design project. The project will be carried out in the workshops, and will be accompanied by visits to restaurants and buildings in Madrid dedicated to the restaurant industry.
