Moving and working in unstable countries, in areas affected by conflict or humanitarian crisis, in areas with a high rate of crime or violence. What precautions to take, how to behave, what to do to prevent hostile acts? This course combines deterrence and prevention techniques, with norms of behavior and risk reduction: while traveling, on the road, at home, at work, in personal relationships, in critical moments.

This course is intended for international officials, aid workers, journalists, diplomats, business operators, and those who find themselves having to travel to countries at risk.
