About

Choosing qualified, motivated, and loyal employees are one of the most important requirements for building a strong, successful company. This course will teach you everything about recruitment, management and development of human resources. You will learn how to find and select the most qualified and skilled employees for your business, as well as how to keep them motivated and committed.

Course leader

This course is conducted by Marie HorakovaMarie is an experienced HR professional, consultant, tutor, and coach. She received a master’s degree in Psychology at Charles University in Prague. She is teaching at the Prague University of Economics.

Effective Recruitment and Selection – employer branding, job analysis, targeted recruitment and selection techniques

Motivation & Employee care – the role of employee motivation in organisational success, employee surveys

Day 4
Reward – designing a total reward offer

Day 5
Performance Management – planning, monitoring and reviewing an employee's work

Day 6
Learning & Development – the ways in which individuals learn, corporate learning

Day 7
Talent management

Day 8
Leadership and Management – the critical role of organisational leadership and the role the line manager plays in HRM

Day 9
HR Maetrics, HRIS, AI in HR

Day 10
HR trends,. necessary skills of HRM professional/manager: Project management, Facilitation, Problem solving, Change Management.

Fee

950 EUR, Course fee includes the application fee, study materials, afternoon/evening social activities and events during the week, barbecue and a welcome drink. Other expenses, such as meals, accommodation, insurance, personal expenses, extra activities (such as trips outside town over the weekend) are not included in the price.Please note, after the 30th of April 2024, there will be a late enrollment fee charged in the amount of 50EUR on top of the course fee.

Fee

247 EUR, Accommodation fee for a 13-night stay at Botic Student House starts at 19 EUR/night for a double bed room. Single bed is 25EUR/night.
